GüzelEnerji

GüzelEnerji, one of Türkiye’s leading companies in the fuel distribution and lubricants industry, has been operating as part of the OYAK Group since March 2020.

With a strong portfolio comprising the TotalEnergies Stations, M Oil, Valvoline, and Türk Petrol brands, GüzelEnerji operates across fuel distribution and lubricants. With a network of more than 1,050 service stations, the Company is Türkiye’s fourth-largest fuel distributor.

Operating in Türkiye since 1992, TotalEnergies Stations have continued their fuel distribution activities under Güzel Enerji Akaryakıt A.Ş. through a brand licensing partnership since 2020. Today, the network comprises more than 770 TotalEnergies service stations across the country.

Established in 1996 with 100% Turkish capital, M Oil has been operating in the fuel distribution and lubricants sector for nearly three decades. With 282 service stations, the Company manufactures high-quality lubricants at its modern production facility in the İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone while continuing to expand its distribution network across domestic and international markets.

Founded in 1931 under the corporate name Türkiye Neft Sanayii A.Ş., Türk Petrol adopted its current brand name in 1936, becoming Türkiye’s first privately owned petroleum products brand backed by domestic capital. Since 2020, Türk Petrol has continued its operations under GüzelEnerji Akaryakıt A.Ş.

Since 1866, Valvoline has been recognized as one of the world's leading brands in automotive and industrial solutions, driven by a long-standing commitment to innovation. Positioned as the world’s first branded motor oil, Valvoline today offers comprehensive solutions for internal combustion, hybrid, and electric vehicles in more than 140 countries.

Valvoline operates under Aramco, one of the world’s largest integrated energy and chemicals companies. Through a licensing, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing partnership with GüzelEnerji, Valvoline products entered the Turkish market in May 2023.

Milangaz

A leading player in Türkiye’s LPG industry since 1960, Likitgaz has continued its operations within the OYAK Group under the Milangaz brand since 2020, serving the LPG trading and retail markets.

Today, Milangaz provides uninterrupted service across all LPG segments to residential, commercial, and industrial customers through a nationwide network covering all 81 provinces and more than 950 districts in Türkiye. Its distribution network comprises nearly 1,100 cylinder gas dealers and retail outlets, as well as more than 1,000 autogas stations.

İSKEN

İskenderun Enerji Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş. (İSKEN) is an energy company within OYAK Energy Companies, operating in the Sugözü area of Yumurtalık, Adana. The Company owns and operates one of Türkiye’s largest power plants.

Established in 2003, İSKEN is Türkiye’s first thermal power plant based on imported coal. With an installed capacity of 1,360 MWe, the plant meets approximately 3% of Türkiye’s total electricity consumption, making a significant contribution to the country’s energy supply security.

Operating with an advanced power generation infrastructure and high operational efficiency, İSKEN became 100% owned by OYAK as of 2025. As one of OYAK Energy Companies’ strategic assets in power generation, the Company continues to operate in line with OYAK’s long-term value creation objectives.

OYPOWER

Established in 2002 as OYAK Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. to evaluate investment opportunities in the energy sector, the Company was renamed OYAK Elektrik Enerjisi Toptan Satış A.Ş. (OYAK Energy) in 2009. As of 23 February 2024, it continues its operations under the name OYPOWER Electricity Trading and Services Inc. (OYPOWER).

OYAK Energy Companies are also active in both the wholesale and retail electricity markets. In this context, OYPOWER Electricity Trading and Services Inc. provides its customers with electricity supply and a broad range of electricity market services.

Established to engage in wholesale electricity trading and the sale of electricity to eligible consumers, OYPOWER was granted an electricity supply license by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) on 11 November 2009, authorizing the Company to trade electricity and capacity. OYPOWER operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of OYAK.

Otojet

Operating within OYAK Energy Companies, Otojet is among the first ten companies to be granted an Electric Vehicle Charging Network Operator License by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority.

Established in 2022, Otojet is one of Türkiye’s leading providers of innovative charging solutions for battery electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. The Company develops and operates a nationwide charging network and, in line with its growth strategy, serves customers at a wide range of locations, including TotalEnergies service stations, motorways, automotive dealerships and service centers, shopping malls, municipalities, universities, hotels, and residential developments.

Today, Otojet is the seventh-largest charging network operator in Türkiye by DC charging connectors, reflecting the scale and reach of its fast-charging infrastructure.

OYEN

Established in January 2023, OYAK Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş. (OYEN) provides consultancy, project development, and implementation services for renewable energy projects across the OYAK Group, with a particular focus on solar energy.

Under both licensed and unlicensed project schemes, OYEN aims to commission approximately 2,100 MWp of solar power projects developed on behalf of OYAK Group companies, with phased implementation beginning in 2026.

OYAKPV

Established in October 2023, OYAKPV Panel Üretim A.Ş. aims to meet the solar panel requirements of the OYAK Group’s solar power investments and internal energy needs, while becoming one of Türkiye’s leading manufacturers for the domestic and international solar energy markets.

The Company operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Akyurt, Ankara, built on a 51,000 m² site, including 29,000 m² of enclosed production space. Equipped with the latest production technologies and a fully automated manufacturing system, the facility delivers cost-efficient production while maintaining the highest quality standards.
