Good news for our members, affordable housing options!

We are preparing to build a new living area with approximately 8,000 homes exclusively for our members on a total of 464,000 square meters of land we recently acquired in Etimesgut, Ankara.
As The Turkish Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association (OYAK), we have taken the first step in a large-scale housing project to enable our members to become homeowners under favorable conditions.
Following extensive negotiations, we purchased 24 properties totaling 464,000 square meters from Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş. in the Yapracık neighborhood of Etimesgut district in Ankara. According to current zoning plans, buildings up to 15 stories high can be constructed on our land.
OYAK General Manager Murat Yalçıntaş stated that since taking office, they have considered the well being and happiness of their members as their most fundamental priority.
Murat Yalçıntaş made the following remarks:
“We meticulously evaluate the requests and expectations conveyed to us at OYAK member meetings. Among the projects most expected from us by our members was the production of social housing. We will build a new living area consisting of approximately 8,000 homes on a 464,000 square meter plot of land we purchased in Ankara. I wish the project to be beneficial for all our members.”
The project is adjacent to major transportation arteries and important institutions
The project area to be developed offers significant advantages in terms of transportation as it is located west of the Ankara Ring Road and north of the Eskişehir State Road. The region is also approximately 7 kilometers from the Ay Yıldız Joint Headquarters Project. Surrounded by important centers such as the National Intelligence Organization (MİT) complex, the new Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, Ankara City Hospital, and various university campuses, the area has high investment and residential potential.

A modern living space is planned to be built on high value investment land, in accordance with the demands and expectations of the members. The project, which will be implemented in stages as soon as possible under the guarantee of OYAK, is expected to produce approximately 8,000 homes.
Application requirements will be shared with our valued members after the completion of the project processes and the approval of the building permit.
