OYAK CEO Murat Yalçıntaş shared his insights on Türkiye’s complementary pension system at the "2026 Outlook on Private Capital in Türkiye and Environs London" event. Organized by Globalturk Capital in London, the event was held in strategic partnership with the Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye and the Global Private Capital Association.
Speaking at the London Stock Exchange during a session attended by Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, Yalçıntaş addressed the theme of “Asset Management Strategies of Turkish Pension Funds in 2026 and Beyond.” He touched upon the global evolution, scale, and economic impact of pension funds, while highlighting OYAK’s global positioning within the framework of its multi-sectoral structure and international operations.
Yalçıntaş drew attention to the critical role of long-term funds in capital markets and the real economy. He emphasized that OYAK continues to contribute to Türkiye’s investment ecosystem and strengthen global collaborations by playing an active role in international platforms.
The OYAK delegation also attended the “Invest in Türkiye: Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence” reception, held to mark the 20th anniversary of the Presidential Investment Office. Hosted by the Turkish Embassy in London and attended by Minister Şimşek, the event brought together international investors and business leaders for networking and bilateral discussions, highlighting the strong investment ties between Türkiye and the United Kingdom.
As part of the program, CEO Yalçıntaş visited the London office of OYAK Global Risk Services, where he received an update on the company’s ongoing operations and international activities.
