OYAK General Manager Prof. Dr. Murat Yalçıntaş met with associations of retired members at a gathering organized to exchange views, listen directly to suggestions, and strengthen dialogue.
The meeting, attended by Yalçıntaş and OYAK’s senior management, underlined that a management approach prioritizing the rights and interests of members within the principles of transparency, equality, and accountability will be embraced. Detailed information was provided regarding OYAK’s current activities and future plans. It was emphasized that requests, suggestions, and feedback shared by retired members through association leaders and representatives will contribute to further enhancing OYAK’s service quality.
The meeting, which fostered mutual exchange of ideas, brought together representatives from the Retired Non-Commissioned Gendarmerie Association (EMUJAD), the Military Mutual Assistance and Solidarity Association (OYAD), the Contracted Private Soldiers and Non-Commissioned Officers Association (SÖZPER-MALUL-DER), and the Turkish Retired Non-Commissioned Officers Association (TEMUD). It was highlighted that direct communication efforts in the new period will play a key role in enhancing member satisfaction. OYAK reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining strong communication with its members and to resolutely continuing efforts that address their expectations.
