Quality Policy
In line with its mission and vision, OYAK is committed to remaining an institution that embraces and continuously develops the principles of “Member-Oriented Quality Service,” “Individual Equality,” and “Actuarial Balance” at its core, and that internalizes continuity, trust, and quality across all its activities.
Within the framework of OYAK Law No. 205, OYAK commits to delivering the assistance and services it provides in full compliance with applicable legislation in an effective, efficient, complete, and uninterrupted manner. OYAK further undertakes to evaluate its assistance and services with the aim of increasing member satisfaction; to improve and develop them in line with the needs and expectations of its members; and to enhance awareness among all employees within the scope of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements, thereby contributing to the principle of continuous improvement.
Information Security Policy
OYAK effectively implements the ISO 27000 Information Security Management System in order to protect the confidentiality, ensure the integrity, and maintain the availability of the institution’s information assets.
In this context, OYAK commits to allocating the necessary resources and processes required for the Information Security Management System; complying with information security–related legislation and contractual obligations; supporting continuous improvement in information security; increasing information security awareness; systematically managing risks and opportunities related to information assets; and maintaining the capability to detect information security incidents promptly and respond to them rapidly and effectively.
