OYAK Securities applies to the CMB for public offering

OYAK Securities applied to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) to offer 30 percent of its shares to the public.

In a written statement issued by OYAK Securities, the company stated that the methods of capital increase and stake sale will be used together in the public offering of OYAK Securities. It was stated that the free float rate would be set at 30 percent after the offer, and that this rate would increase to 35 percent if over-allotment option is used.

It has been stated that the total nominal value of the shares to be offered to the public through capital increase by restricting the preemptive rights of all the existing shareholders is TRY 5.7 million. This amounts to approximately 20% of the total public offering.

OYAK Securities aims to realize the public offering through fixed price method, and plans to complete the book building in first half of the year depending on the legal process.
