OYAK ANKER Bank, acquired by the OYAK Group in 1996, was established in 1958 in Koblenz. The bank, which was an affiliate of OYAK Bank until August 2004, has been transferred to OYAK after this date.
The bank has moved its headquarters to Frankfurt in 2006, closed down its branch offices in the following years, and today only provides direct banking services.
OYAK ANKER Bank, a member of the Union of German Banks and the German Savings Deposit Insurance Fund, engages in activities in the fields of corporate and retail banking. The Bank has a representation office in Istanbul and a subsidiary called “Verrechnungsstelle für gewerbliche Wirtschaft GmbH (VfG GmbH)” pursuing legal proceedings of the Bank in Germany.
