The 65th Ordinary General Assembly of the Turkish Armed Forces Assistance and Pension Fund (OYAK) was held with the participation of Minister of National Defense Yaşar GÜLER, Chief of the General Staff General Metin GÜRAK, Commander of the Naval Forces Admiral Dr. Ercüment TATLIOĞLU, Commander of the Land Forces General Selçuk BAYRAKTAROĞLU, Commander of the Air Forces General Ziya Cemal KADIOĞLU, Commander of the Gendarmerie General Command General Ali ÇARDAKCI, Members of the General Assembly, Chairman of the OYAK Board of Directors (Ret.) Major General Mehmet TAŞ, Members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board, and OYAK General Manager Süleyman Savaş ERDEM.

Prior to the General Assembly meeting, the delegation headed by Minister of National Defense GÜLER visited Anıtkabir, where a wreath was laid at ATATÜRK’s mausoleum, followed by a moment of silence.

Following the Anıtkabir visit, Minister of National Defense GÜLER addressed the participants at the General Assembly meeting. During the meeting, Chairman of the OYAK Board of Directors (Ret.) Major General Mehmet TAŞ and OYAK General Manager Süleyman Savaş ERDEM also briefed the General Assembly members on OYAK’s activities for the year 2024.
Since its establishment, OYAK has continued its operations with the aim of securing the future of its members and contributing to the economic strength of our country. By protecting its members’ savings and operating with a profitability-oriented approach in line with the principles of corporate governance, OYAK has provided sustainable returns to its members.
As Türkiye’s most successful complementary occupational pension fund, OYAK achieved a return rate of 55.2% for the year 2024.
